A Non-Alcoholic Cocktail doesn't have to be a bummer. And we have made a number of reasons of ways to enjoy them over their boozy counterpoints. That said at the end of the day, or out celebrating with friends and family, we want something to enjoy besides a soda. So, we have created satisfying non-alcoholic cocktails; to wet your whistle and let you enjoy in the Celebration.

A combination of Two savory Cornets filled with shallot and egg mousse, with creme fraiche. Topped with Hackleback Caviar and chives, creating a luxurious experience with each perfect bite. Paired with your choice of Chambong.

At Aqua Penny's our Sake Program is built with the same care and intentionality that defines great sushi bars and serious Japanese dining rooms.

Rather than chasing size, we focus on precision, curating a tight list of exceptional producers from some of Japan's most respected brewing regions, including Yamagata, Fushimi, Shiga, Akita, Nagano, Tochigi, Niigata, and Fukushima. Each bottle was chosen not only for its pedigree, but for the way it speaks to the table: clean Junmai that drink beautifully with food, aromatic Junmai Ginjo that bring lift and elegance, and deeply polished Junmai Daiginjo that showcase the remarkable precision of Japanese brewing.

Along the way, guests encounter celebrated rice varietal like Omachi and Hattannishiki and breweries that have quietly spent generations refining their craft.
